San Antonio burger fanatics can do something they haven’t done since 2017: eat a Tostada Burger or a Cheddar Cheezy inside the rebuilt space of the iconic Chris Madrid’s restaurant.
Owner Richard Peacock announced that Chris Madrid’s is finally open after nearly 20 months operating as a food truck. Chris Madrid’s will run an abbreviated schedule of 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Saturday as the staff adjusts to the building and customer flow.
